Deliverables

What is the difference between raster and vector files?

Raster and vector files are two primary types of professional digital image formats used in graphic design, each type has distinct characteristics:

Raster Files: JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP.

These files are resolution dependent. Quality decreases when scaled up beyond their original size. This is a term we call "pixelated".

Use Cases: Photographs, complex images, detailed artwork.

Vector Files: SVG, EPS, PDF.

Consist of mathematical equations and geometric primitives (points, lines, shapes). Quality is not effected when scaling up.

Use Cases: Logos, Wordmarks, Scalable Illustrations, Typography.

How much will my project's investment be?

Each brand or business possesses its own distinct requirements, and that perspective guides how we approach every client project.

Following a discovery call, we will provide you with a proposal detailing how we can collaborate to reach your specific objectives.

Does your studio offer retainer plans since my brand needs monthly projects?

Yes, we provide retainer packages.

A retainer is a contractual pricing arrangement between an agency and its client, tailored to the specific needs of each brand.

Following an initial discovery call, we will send you a proposal detailing how we can collaborate through a retainer to meet your particular objectives.

Project

What should I do if I or my team are dissatisfied with the work produced by the studio?

It's understandable to feel this way if you're working with a creative team for the first time.

Our approach to design is very collaborative, involving several check-ins throughout the briefing, brand strategy, and creative development stages to keep us aligned.

This ensures we stay in sync regarding your brand, minimizing any surprises.

Additionally, your package includes a set amount of time for complimentary revisions, allowing us to fine-tune everything until it’s perfect.

Will I be able to handle my brand assets on my own once we're finished?

After completing your brand, you'll receive a brand style guide or brand guidelines booklet that details everything from logo application, typography, color codes, and more.

If we've designed a stunning website for you, you'll also get tutorials that guide you through making updates and modifications to your new website.

And if you'd prefer to delegate design tasks to save time, We will be happy to handle them for you. Please feel free to inquire about our design retainer services.
